email @Live.com is not working

I am a Gmail user and my first preference is google service only. Today, I tried to create a email @live.com, but i can’t. Its collecting all the information and also it show the user id is available. but, When i press Accept, i getting the error bellow. I dont know why I'm getting this error and I tried three times still same error.If you want to register a email @Live.com, then try once: Live Email Signup
