Microsoft opens @live.com email registration some months ago. But it is not worked for me. Because it was only available from us locations.And now Microsoft enable @live.in email id for Indian. If you want @live.in email id go to sign up page and click on "Get it" button. Choose live.in from drop down box(default is live.in).
Feel free to get your new Windows Live ID and get the @live.in email address you always wanted but couldn’t have until now!
